1. No Refunds — Digital Services and Subscriptions

Due to the custom, digital, and immediate-access nature of our platform and services, all purchases are final. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Subscription fees (monthly, annual, or otherwise)

2. 7-Day Free Trials that convert to paid subscriptions

3. "Done For You" services

4. Setup, onboarding, consulting, and implementation services

5. Domain purchases or third-party integrations facilitated by OS

Once access is granted, services are provisioned, or time is allocated, no refunds will be issued. No partial refunds will be given for unused time, dissatisfaction, or non-usage of the platform or services.

You acknowledge that this Refund Policy is presented to you at the time of signup or purchase and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

2. 7-Day Free Trial Terms

If you begin with a 7-day free trial, your trial automatically converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel in advance.

By starting a trial, you:

- Authorize OS to charge your payment method at the conclusion of the 7 days;

- Accept that this charge is non-refundable, even if the platform is unused;

- Acknowledge your responsibility to cancel before the renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Trial eligibility is limited to one per customer or company unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Promotional Exceptions (If Applicable)

If a promotion or special offer includes a refund guarantee, it will be explicitly stated in the offer terms. In the absence of such written terms, this refund policy applies in full.

4. Our Commitment to Satisfaction

- Provide technical support or performance optimization

- Recommend training, platform adjustments, or additional resources

5. Disputes, Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting OS first is a violation of this policy and your Terms of Service. OS reserves the right to:

- Dispute the chargeback and provide full documentation

- Suspend or terminate your account and access

- Forfeit any associated data or license access

- Seek collection or legal enforcement, including recovery of fees

6. Usage-Based and Add-On Charges

Many features of the OS platform are billed based on usage in addition to your base subscription. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Outbound phone calls are billed at $0.0168 per minute for phone minutes used to place outbound calls through the platform. Inbound phone calls are billed at $0.0102 per minute for incoming call minutes processed through the system.

- SMS text messaging is billed at $0.010 per message segment for standard text messages sent or received through the platform. WhatsApp communications are billed at $0.0888 per message for inbound or outbound messages processed through the platform.

- Email distribution through the Lead Connector system is billed at $0.0008 per email sent for bulk email campaigns and automated email delivery.

- Artificial intelligence services available within the platform may incur additional usage costs. AI text content generation is billed at $0.108 per 1,000 words generated through AI tools. AI image generation is billed at $0.072 per image created. AI-generated funnel creation is billed at $1.188 per funnel generated through Funnel AI.

- AI communication services may also incur charges. AI chatbot or automated messaging conversations are billed at $0.04 per message, and AI voice-based calling services are billed at $0.26 per minute of AI voice call usage. Agent Studio usage is billed at $0.50 per 750,000 words processed for AI scripting or agent functionality.

- Domain purchases made through the platform are billed at $12 per domain per year for annual domain registration.

- Additional services, integrations, or features may become available from time to time and may carry separate usage or add-on pricing. A full and updated list of applicable pricing may be made available within the platform or through the official pricing page - Full Add-On Pricing

All usage-based charges are non-refundable once incurred. These may appear on your billing cycle based on usage, automation execution, or third-party service integration.

Usage-based pricing and add-on rates are subject to change. Updates to pricing will be posted publicly at the link above, and your continued use of such services constitutes acceptance of any updated rates.

You are responsible for monitoring your usage and reviewing applicable pricing updates.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page and effective upon posting. Your continued use of OS Services indicates acceptance of the current policy. If material changes are made, we may also notify users via email where appropriate.
